Business incubation and venture capital process
 Once a new venture idea is received through an application or other means, Fortune Cookie carries out an initial screening based on some broad criteria such as the required investment, the market scope and technology used. After passing the initial screening, the idea is subjected to a detailed evaluation or due diligence process. The evaluation assesses the feasibility of the idea by studying several factors such as revenue potential and technical feasibility. Once an idea is found feasible, the idea is incubated and funded for further development. Ideas that are not funded are added to an Idea Bank and may secure funding in the future. Successful ventures would ultimately get listed on the stock exchanges of international markets through an initial pubic offering (IPO).
